Photography

Film taught me patience: manual metering, no deletes, and waiting for the lab to see what I made. Digital gave me speed and iteration—instant review, easy uploads, freedom to try again. I don’t think tech replaced film; it widened the doorway and kept the ritual while easing the friction.

Computer Science

Under every click is an image pipeline—demosaicing, white balance, noise reduction, tone mapping. Portrait blur is a depth map and a learned kernel; natural skin tone depends on color transforms and profiles. CS feels like the other half of my craft: I edit like I debug—change one variable, log the state, protect the data.

Optimizing Candidate Selection for Global Projects Using the K-Median Problem Combined with the Genetic Algorithm (GA)

Truong Dieu Anh, Trieu Ngoc Van, Nguyen Quang Dat • Journal of Basic and Applied Research International • Volume 31, Issue 2, 2025

This paper models the candidate selection problem as a k-median problem, where the goal is to minimize the total cost of selecting candidates while meeting project requirements. Due to the NP-hard nature of the problem, we propose using the Genetic Algorithm (GA), a metaheuristic optimization method that effectively identifies near-optimal solutions...

My Interests

Capturing moments that tell stories beyond words. Photography is my way of freezing time and preserving emotions.
